WHO WE ARE

NewGen Families exists to turn dreams into reality, providing modern, family-building solutions for those who cannot have children through traditional means. After several years in the industry, our mission remains constant: to create families for every Intended Parent, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or relationship status.

Our co-founders, Damien Chambers and Campbell Sallabank, bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. Coupled with our specialist team of surrogacy coordinators, operations managers, in-house legal counsel and more, we do all we can to make the journey to parenthood a seamless experience.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada, by a group of entrepreneurs and fathers through surrogacy, NewGen Families quickly grew from a dream itself into an organisation helping shape the future for many new families.

After becoming a father himself through surrogacy, our co-founder and CEO set out from Australia and moved to the USA, launching and managing this new company to afford the same opportunity to others. We are proud to announce that, since our launch, we have achieved significant milestones, including our first group of parents matched with Surrogates in 2022, our first pregnancies in 2022, and welcoming our first baby in August 2023.
